Lighthouse at Dungeness

Hmm, not quite straight, but only just not quite straight. We went here (Dungeness, Kent) by steam train on a fiercely cold day in March. The lighthouse is next to a nuclear power station, on a bleak open headland (a good place for rare birds and insects). I'm kicking myself for not finding the celebrated Derek Jarman's garden, made of scrap metal, pebbles, driftwood and hardy plants - might've made the cold worth it.
